For clients

Do I need an account to book?

No. You book as a guest with your name and email, and pay securely by card. After booking we email you a link to manage your appointment, with no password or account needed.

How do I pay?

Online by card at the time of booking, through Stripe. Your payment goes to the practitioner; BSR Booking does not take a cut of your session.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes. You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your session and receive a full refund, using the link in your confirmation email. Within 24 hours a session is non-refundable, and a missed session is charged in full. If your practitioner cancels, you receive a full refund.

The practitioner I want is not bookable online. What now?

Send a booking request with a couple of preferred times. We will pass it to them, and as soon as they confirm we email you a secure link to pay and lock in your session. You are not charged unless they accept, and no account is needed.

Is BSR Booking the official Body Stress Release organisation?

No. We are an independent booking and payment tool and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Body Stress Release Association.

For practitioners

What does it cost?

£19 a month, one plan, everything included. There is a 30-day free trial; we take your card at sign-up but do not charge until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then.

Do you take commission on my sessions?

No. Client payments go straight to your own Stripe account. The only deduction on a session is standard Stripe card processing. Our only charge is the £19 a month.

How do I get set up?

Register, set your profile and booking link, add your availability, and connect your Stripe account so you can be paid. It takes about ten minutes.

How do clients book me?

They open your booking page, pick an available time, and pay. You can also share your booking link directly. Everything appears in your dashboard.

What does connecting my Google Calendar do?

Two things. Times you are already busy in your calendar are automatically removed from what clients can book (on top of the weekly hours you set), and every new booking is added to your calendar within seconds, then moved or removed if it is rescheduled or cancelled.

It is private by design: we only check when you are busy, never your event names or details, and clients never see anything from your calendar. There is no sync delay — we check your calendar live each time a client views your available times, so even something you add to your diary moments earlier is blocked. You can disconnect at any time from your profile.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, any time from your billing settings. During the trial you are not charged at all.
